Toronto Hydro Corporation Completes Public Offering of $200 Million Senior Unsecured Debentures

On September 16, 2014, Toronto Hydro Corporation completed a public offering of $200 million senior unsecured 4.08% debentures due 2044 under Toronto Hydro’s $1.5 billion MTN Program. Toronto Hydro was represented in-house by Conrad Sheppard (Director, Legal Services and Corporate Secretary) and François Bérubé (Manager, Treasury) and by Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP with a team that included Andrew Grossman, Sanjay Joshi, Janet L. Wong and Todd Melchior.
